I printed off almost 1000 flayers, advertising the group, handed out most of them something like 800, had the rule book with me, and sat and talked in depth with 12 to 20 or so people over the con that where hard core gamers truly entreated in joining,  had something like 50 or so people say they had been looking to try LARP-ing out, but did not know  of any groups, had 3 or 4 people sit for over an hour reading the rule book and asking questions.

And, was sought down by and talked to by 1 news crew there as press for the con, for a video gaming, table top, console, sports and anime/ other gaming TV news show, they talk to me takeing down  notes and said they wanted to come to a game possibly film it for a segment on the show, and do interviews in full costume and make up at a fighter practice or game day!

Even if there is something like a 1 in a 100 return on the flayers, we will likely see some new faces at some of the up coming events, and some new people registering  on the forums with questions.

James helped me hand out flayers, his normal (overly friendly will talk to any one about anything) self was vary helpful! and Steph walked a round in the new leather and metal plait armor i made her despite how hot it was, I was dressed up as Leata Moss and, James was in a ren where costuming too.

Also Sarah NPC din mother Sarah was passing flayers out at Bay-con, and Mark was at Kubla so we got all the 3 bay area cons covered, this last weekend.

All the flayers had the upcoming gaming event info on them and the web site info.
past that some where printed with page info on them for handing out to the family types, others had NPC info on them for the people expressing interest in doing that, and the other had race and class info on it for people entreated in playing PCs from the beginning. the small ones where black and white and the bigger  ones  where color, lol went throw 4 ink cartridges lol. and no worry's i had everything 3x checked for spelling before i printed anything up.

When the news crew asked if i would do an interview on the spot i had to turn them down, i had not slept in over a day and had just got out of my cosplay so i declined knowing that was the best choice at the time.

I mostly only handed out the ones I had at boffers, but I grabbed the attention of a couple of adults with children that will be ripe for the pickings in a few years since we play a more family oriented game.

I also packed all the small, travel-size bars of soap that the hotel staff left in our room. I have extras for anyone who feels they may need to acquire a taste for them.
